IMPORTANT NOTICE for PlasmaC users was created by phillc54
The master branch change over from python2 and GTK2 to python3 and GTK3 will happen soon.
This will break the PlasmaC GUI's in master branch.
The options available are:

The options available are:
- Keep master branch and migrate to QtPlasmaC
- Keep master branch with PlasmaC and do NOT upgrade
- Move to 2.8 branch with PlasmaC

PlasmaC is no longer available in master branch.
The options available are:

- Keep master branch with a version earlier than 1st August with PlasmaC and do NOT upgrade
- Move to 2.8 branch with PlasmaC
