I have the data of "ip a" when neither mesa nor network works and the other with both working. i used a usb network adapter for internet, it seems that when it is not detected not even the mesa works. I changed the usb port and for now it works ... I am attaching the 2 files thank you

Are you using a USB-eth adaptor. If so this might be the problem

yes i am using a usb eth converter and i think you are right.
if i don't solve i open an argument in mx since i use that. thank you
