Hi, I'm new to linux and Qtplasmac and I would like to update Qtplasmac but I don't know how to do it. Could someone explain it to me? Thanks

Give this a read: linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/plasma/qtplasmac.html#qt_update and report back if you run into any issues.
Latest version is v1.0.97, if you end up at something like v1.0.32 after updating then it's likely because your repository entries in the synaptic package manager are likely pointed to the Stretch distribution instead of Buster.
