Single cut not working after latest update

Hi all,

I have just updated QtPlasmaC to the latest version (v1.220.139) and wanted to rip off a bit of material with a single cut, but I get this error : "allow gcode filter to check if m3 happens before movements" and the machine doesn't cut. I see in the update list something has been done around this, but this breaks the single cut feature. What to do ?

Cheers, Peter

My apologies, the "allow gcode filter to check if m3 happens before movements" doesn't break the single cut feature. Rather, a single cut program seems to generate a M2 (End Program) and thus it won't start. I can start the single cut from the second line and then it works, but that's a bit of a workaround. Why is there a M2 at the start ? And can that be removed ?

Cheers, Peter

Peter,

Thanks for the bug report, a fix is forthcoming.  In the meantime, your workaround should work nicely.  Just a bit less automated.
