Plasma+Oxy fuel machine/ PlasmaC/ Mesa card/THCAD/Parallel port query

Dear friends,
I have planned for a Plasma machine for industrial application. It will be a dual option with plasma and oxy-fuel.
My plan: one Mesa 7i76e or 7i95, one 7i70, one THCAD for ohmic sensing and another one THCAD for arc voltage sensing.
Now Mesa 7i76e and 7i95 are out of stock.
question 1) what are alternative option? if 7i76 with 5i25or 6i25 is used, will it perform same with two THCAD and 7i70?
question 2) if I opt for parallel port, can two THCAD be used successfully?
question 3) with PlasmaC mode2, with some distance sensor and flame sensor, have anyone run a oxyfuel machine?
question 4) I understand 7i76e and 7i95 both are hardware pulse generator having high frequency pulsing capability. Am I right? In addition, 7i76+5i25 or 7i76+6i25 are hardware pulse generator or not? Also what difference I get using 5i25 and 6i25?

Question 5) If 7i92 (ethernet FPGA ) + 7i76 (main board) + 7i70 (expansion board) + THCAD 10+ THCAD5 used, will it work??

2. Yes, very usable for THC, should work for sensing also.
3. Not aware of it, but i do run some with a simple config with manual up/down buttons, should work fine.
4. Yes, and high speed counters and PWM and other stuff.

Now i am not sure why would you need 80 inputs on a plasma machine ??? Any 7i76 combo will have 32 inputs, 7i95 has 24, 7i96 has 11 inputs so might need 7i70 or 7i84.

5i25 for full-size PCI slots, 6i25 for the smaller PCIe slots.
