Material settings are dropped when file is executed

Hello!
I have a strange issue with PlasmaC on LinuxCNC 2.8.1
Material settings are edited and saved in "run" tab, but PlasmaC changes to different material as "play" button is pressed in Axis to run g-code. I tried to edit and save existing material and save new material, no numbers are ommited in the list materials. It does not help - PlasmaC will change to different material, most of times to no.3 in the list, but not always.
I would appreciate any ideas what else can I try besides reinstalling the whole thing.

What CAM are you using?
Does it output "magic" numbers/letter that PlasmaC uses to set feed rates/material/cut current/pierce height, etc?
Also, if using the built in wizard, choose material from the list before using the wizard or it will revert back to whatever material was in use when the wizard was used.

It would probably help to see some of the gcode files you’re trying to run/having issue with.
