Cut speed and height calibration file

I have been working on a cut height and speed calibration file which may be of interest.  Thought it might be worth sharing.

There is an included M word that allows the file to do calibration runs on cut height as well as the normal speed.

The file also cuts out the resulting test with a chamfered corner to mark where Cut #1 started.

I have added in an angle/curves test file.  Note that if you have high accelerations (>1000mm/s/s) without having a lot of rigidity it will expose all the jerk/wobble in your system.
