New (to me) Pick and Place

Nice. As I understand OpenCV can be integrated in so linuxcnc can automatically align everything.
However for just getting the machine up and running just hook the downlooking camera to the computer and use
VLC media player to see where the camera is looking . You could then use the camera as an X Y offset for faducials.
That's the theory anyway.

Not yet, it is way behind lots of other projects. 

I can certainly understand that . The project lists can become mountainous very quickly.
