Rule: "status:all_axes_homed" show Type error was created by Wei

OS: Linux Mint 19.2 Tina
Linuxcnc 2.8 + QtpyVCP +QTVCP

As the pic showed below,I picked status:all_axes_homed from the list in channel box, Type show 'error' in red,,It should be 'bool'.

Thanks for the bug report!

I have fixed it so the all_axis_homed value is properly initialized to False.
The fix is in master and will be included in the next release.
