If you can find the error could you post it here.

Did you have Python2 or Python3 as the default Python on the machine? 2.8 would expect Python2 as the default.

I think Python2, but not certain.

I'll test tonight and start a new thread in QtVCP with the error(s).

Python2.7 appears to be the default version:

MILL@MILL:~
$ python --version
Python 2.7.16
