Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you didn't see it, that I submitted a PR (github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/pull/1259) to update the default key dictionary for the autorepeat functions in qt_action.
I use a wireless number pad as a "poor man's" jog pendant and I noticed that the arrow and pg up/pg down keys were jerky like before the autorepeat disable stuff was added. At any rate, I submitted these keys as if someone on one of your GUIs jogged using them, it could affect them as well.
