Is there a description of the HAL pins: joint.X.backlash-corr, joint.X.backlash-filt? The joint.X.backlash-vel is clear I guess.

You seem to have found a 12 year old thread to reply to. Not that it matters, particularly.
Those pins are all outputs, quite possibly supplied only for debugging purposes.
What that means is that they are probably not very useful to you, they tell you what the system is doing in response to your other settings.
They are very briefly described in the motion manpage:
