Thats quite a bit better and may actually be acceptable since this is a rapids move with rather aggressive acceleration and cutting moves will have lower velocities and accelerations

Peter,

I cut a little acceleration. tapeworm in the lead 800 to 600.

Watch these results.

one as defined proper acceleration.

Can you increase P any? it looks like its more stable now

After getting P set I would start adding some 'I' term gradually

Peter,

achieve P = 5. more oscillate the servomotors.

D try, but accomplish nothing positive. more oscillate the servomotors.

I tested "I". There was no improvement. one thing I noticed is that the value of "Z" was diminishing. with increasing "I"

peter. I'm far from achieving my servomotors tuning?

I would not expect D to help much in s velocity mode servo (D is handled by the drive itself)

'I' may have to be fairly high before you see an effect
one way to adjust I is to add more until you get oscillation and then use about 1/2 to 1/3 the amount of I where oscillation started
