Right, so following errors are pretty much expected at this point
The basic scheme of setting up and tuning analog velocity mode servos is
documented here:

When moving the axes 0.100 it says on the screen 0.0834 What is a way to get that to match before I tune the servos?

The servo tuning instructions say to get the encoders scaled correctly in order to proceed with tuning the servos. How do I do that?

You set the per axis ENCODER_SCALE parameters in the INI file to encoder counts per machine unit (machine units being inches or mm)

When I ran the PnCConf I put in all of that. But when I move the table the numbers are wrong. I went back and double checked the encoder, the two gears and the ballscrew. Does the problem lie in tuning the servos? Or does the movement numbers have to correct before I tune the servos?

It has to be correct before tuning.

Did you command a move of 0.100" and got an actual move of 0.0834" ?
this would be expected without tuning
Normally you would check the encoder scaling and direction with the drives disabled
by using an indicator

How do I disable the drive? When moving the table by hand using an indicator. I move 0.100 and get 0.375 on the dro. When I use command to move the table 0.100 the dro says 0.0834 and the indicator says 0.007 of movement.

The drives should be disabled when in estop
(but the DRO should still work)
