Who do you want to direct you?
And: In all honesty and respect, kindly note: this thread is on the RESULTS of the script I pointed you to.
I think, encourage and suggest, you open a new thread on the progress you make with your HP-500B. This way, the thread here sticks to the results and can serve as a lookup base for anyone searching for a specific pc.

I do have 3 of the ASUS A270Z PRO MB in use, but not for machines ! They are busy mining ethereum.
But my math is simple, for the price of the A270Z PRO i can buy a Dell or a HP or a Fujitsu with a 24' monitor !
Asus J1800 was a different story as it came with a processor so add a memory module and a power supply and off it goes, at a price of 89 Euro that was very good. I did say was as i can not find them any more locally.

+1
The main problem I have found with big name business PC has been the poor BIOS installed. They trim features out such as the ability to turn off power management, virtualization and speed steeping for less problems with tech support.
For best latency test results I always recommend a motherboard with a full featured BIOS. The gaming versions usually have all the features left in the menus for BIOS tweaking.
100% agreed!

With my limited knowledge I was attempting to comply and be as descriptive as possible, possibly incorrectly. Will post as suggested. Thanks

The maximum value was 22800ns? Is this the value shown in the 'latency test' that comes with the linux cnc package? So ... should I put 23000ns in the configuration?

So can I configure to use linuxcnc without a problem? I didn't understand this information well, what jitter value should I put?@aparecido

You had a spike of 51000ns at the end when the script exited, but try to use 5000ns and when running LinuxCNC check if you get latency errors.

These are my results using Mint 20 with Mate desktop. Without isolcpus or with isolcpus=0 the latency goes way up. I am using this with a Mesa 6i25+7i76
