Can you start LinuxCNC and run this command in a terminal:

halcmd show all > all.txt

Ack, I didn't think there were any with that firmware revision released.
It should be possible to update the firmware in place. The sserial.tg
file has all the required files but I'm not sure if the scripts will work
with sserial port 1. I will take a look tomorrow.

Probably, there's something odd about a 03 revision as I don't think any cards with rev. 03 firmware actually shipped.

If you email Mesa with a RMA request I will issue a RMA #

OK, fixed.

It is a really old card (8-9 years?) so the 03 version was probably legitimate
but probably best updated here as its so old the remote firmware
update method might have failed.
