After Andy kindly tested my 6i25on his working system, it turns out the card is not working.
So I can at least stop buying pc’s and keep an eye out for a used 6i25 or 5i25, or maybe start out from scratch with a different card altogether.

Just to be sure, did you try cleaning the connector pins?
Use IPA and a used but clean towel.
New towels shed to much...
Edit,
Also, changing the power supply on that PC is a good idea, if you are sure there was no miss wiring.

Hi, the connectors on the card and pc are 100% connecting ok
The card has been in 4 of my PC’s and Andypugh also tested on his working system, It is defo dead unfortunately.
I have put a wanted add on the forum for a replacement or alternative to go to Ethernet based solution
