It will be non-conductive, which is an advantage.

If I had a 3D printer (and I am often surprised that I don't) then I think I would seriously consider making bolt-on mounts for the sensors that way, at the very least.

I just may use the 3D print for the bracket. Most of the time I use it for prototyping so I can make adjustments if needed before any chips fly. I agree that making brackets like this and others is a great use of this type of technology as well. I will post results when the print is finished.

If the bracket works well then I will post the files for it also just in case anyone else wants to make one for their Matsuura Mc-500v2

Time to test fit the sensors and make any modifications to the sensor mount that need to be done. Then it is off to print the final one.

Wanted to put a quick video on here so anybody following this build can see what/how the gear and sensors were going to be used. Hope this video helps anybody who was or is not totally sure about the process or was not clear with what all my pictures and talk was about.

Sorry for the poor video skills. Never claimed to be a cinematographer....haha

Thank you .... I am trying to give as much information as possible, this goes for my failures and success of this project. I really hope that this information will come in handy for someone in the future. At the end of the build I will be posting all the additional information that I have on the project.
