Mini wannabe datron build

one step closer
 

definitely needs a servo with a brake though. designed a little adapter.
 

Alternate atc option. this might be the one we end up with. best mix of simplicity, being out of the work area and holding 10 tools.
 

Spindle running, but needs tuning. skimmed the table with it though. also got some new vises.

(I'm not even joking, that's 30% spindle load!)

Datron is gona be pissed....

Tormach will be more pissed, cause if I manage to do this right, it will directly compete with the 440 and 770 as a higher performance alternative if you don't need to make heavy steel cuts.
