Add an input filter to the VFD supply. (Search eBay for “Rasmi”) and / or low-pass filter the limit signals in HAL.

I had the same issue I had to put a home offset in.
It looks like yours is with one of the axes limit switches

Hello, sorry to bother, I have the same issue, when I start the spindle I get "joint 0,1,2 on limit switch error", I am using pin 11, 12 and 13 as "Both Limit + Home" for Z, Y and X axis, I am controlling spindle speed directly from the VFD.
I had the same issue I had to put a home offset in.
It looks like yours is with one of the axes limit switches
