Cant it be solved ? LinuxCNC slows down even dead

the big big problems,
the LinuxCNC slows down at corners and arc.

Because you have told it to.

The max velocity and max acceleration settings in the config tell LinuxCNC what the machine is capable of doing. Then LinuxCNC will work within those limits.

Did you guess the axis acceleration values? They need to be an accurate representation of the machine capability, or LinuxCNC will slow down to suit the limits of the machine that you have told it it is controlling.

And, also, 2.4 is ancient. Where did you even find that?

Copy the entire (your home)/linuxcnc directory to a thumb drive and install 2.7 from scratch. Then reinstate the linuxcnc folder.

It won't work, but it will only need a few small changes. Tell us the error messages you get, and we will tell you how to fix them. (2.4 is so old (11/05/2010) we have all forgotten the differences :-)

tired much but unable to copy to usb drive ,
shows message restricted , omitted etc
i think so read , write problem but don't know how to handle ...
also tell me about the latency test, which type of system i would buy to have max jitter less than 15-20 ms
i tired four of my systems they go above 110-220 ms, according to manual that doesn't give best performance. !!

The systems you have may be capable of improvement, There are things you can do in the BIOS, for example, and in the grub boot options.

What was the latency of your 2.4 system? Why not just upgrade that?

It looks like you have the acceleration set very low. Raise it.
It would also help if you could share more information about your machine and setup.

which information you want ? and tell me from where i can get ?
ask me, I'll try to find out and send you.
thanks for asking.

Te error message has:

Unrecognized line skipped: POC FMS LEN DIAM COMMENT

Which means that the tool table is in the old format before extra offsets were introduced.
That's something for later

Error: could not insert module /usr/realtime-3.4-9-rtai-686-pae/modules/linuxcnc/hal_parport.ko: Device or resource busy
./QBridgePort.hal:3: exit value: 1
./QBridgePort.hal:3: insmod for hal_parport failed, returned -1
See the output of 'dmesg' for more information.

And then the dmesg part says

[ 365.313170] config string '0x308 0x304 0x300 0x30C in 0x310 in 0x314 in 0x318 in 0x378 out'
[ 365.314447] PARPORT: ERROR: request_region(0x308) failed

Do you really have 8 parallel ports active? That seems rather a lot. I have never seen so many.
That line is in the file QBridgePort.hal
If the parallel ports all exist, and the first one is at the 0x308 address then it it probable that something in the new LinuxCNC install has claimed that parallel port. Quite possibly the printer interface. What does the command "lsmod" show you?
If it shows "pp" then try the advice here: forum.linuxcnc.org/forum/9-installing-li...nc-not-opening#34687

What machine type, drives, motors, ballscrews, belts, rack and pinion, etc.
Pictures would help, attach the config files, if possible.
Regards
