That's actually a fair bit harder than changing a config that does turn motors into a foam config.

If you look carefully you will see that your Axis screen is actually now a FOAM one, you have two coordinate origins, XY and UV.

The reason that the DRO still says XYZA is due to a separate setting that needs to change [TRAJ] COORDINATES

In this case I will tend to agree with you a bit, because the FOAM setup options are not well documented.

But, also, you are trying to do something difficult.

Zip up your XYZA config (assuming it moves the motors correctly) and attach it, I will convert it to an XY:UV config. (I don't think that XZ:UW can be made to display properly)

there are edm wire machines in real world that uses planes like what i want and with rotational axis and so one

Yes.

You can certainly use XZ:UW planes, there is no difficulty there. But you will not be able to visualise the cuts properly in the Axis preview. The Axis FOAM view only works for XY:UV

I have to disagree with statements like this, vigorously! :)
You are trying to configure a CNC machine! That alone is very difficult and requires a lot of reading and knowledge and time and effort and........i'll stop. CNC machines are not simple by any stretch, a lot of physics, mechanics, electronics, etc.
So read, try, test, modify, build, make, blow something up even just for fun, and invest a week in learning basic Linuxcnc stuff, thank me later.

Tom
