Yes, I use the 7i90HD card in EPP mode.
And I connect it to the only parallel port of my computer.

The linuxcnc version is 2.7.14.

Ok do you know what firmware was uploaded to the card?
You can use mesaflash to find out if you don't know

The 7i80HD card gets you the closest - It will need editing to work.

I would make a minimum config first to see what needs to be adjusted.

one line that will need to be changed is in the main HAL file:
it will look similar to this:
loadrt hm2_eth board_ip="192.168.1.121" config=" num_encoders=8 num_pwmgens=8 num_stepgens=4" l

should be something like this (change to the actual parport address)
loadrt hm2_7i90 ioaddr=0

I need to add the 7i88 to LinuxCNC 7i92.
7i88 isn't in the PNCConf for 7i92.
What do I need to do?
