I notice you said you used 5i25x2 in pncconf which is not possible.
Did you mean G540x2? details like this can be very important.

I meant more on the physical wiring side of things that is the step and direction signals coming from the mesa card going to the drives.I'm not %100 sure I have the signals set up correctly, but I do have *an* axis on each Stepgen, so it should be moving even if the axis assignment is wrong

I wasn't thinking when I saved the files with a different name while pulling them off the CNC PC.
I tried uploading them with the correct names, but the uploader added a date to the filename.
Rest assured, the ini and Hal I uploaded go together.

The fact that it does not seem to work suggests the the 6I25 might be damaged.
You can verify operation of that pin by reading it in halshow
It should be high if unconnected and low if grounded (jumpered to pin 25)
