OK, this is driving me nuts.

You have under axis X [JOINT_0] you are using analogout1

You should be using analogout0 for JOINT_0
So change all your analogout1 for analogout0 under # AXIS X JOINT 0

and change your analogout0 to analogout1 under AXIS Y JOINT 1

Probably wont fix your problem but will fix another problem later unless you did that on purpose.

Today in morning i changed JOINT 0 to analogout0.
I try any configs but no one works. Its not problem to change one more time.
Today i plugged external 5v to TB1 and changed jumpers for it on 5i25/7i77.
But in console system work normal and linuxCNC can't run correctly

When i delete string - sserial=0x000*** from hal file
and change hm2_5i25.0.7i77.0.1.analogout0 to hm2_5i25.0.7i77.0.4.analogout0
system start normal. But halscope or halmetr don't see any change on encoder port 0. where i already connected quad encoder ROD426B.
On hand oscillograph i see square signal from A, B and X channels of this encoder
I think i did little mistake somewhere and can't find this =(

That's correct, P3 is the DB25 and should have the 7I77s digital and
analog I/O sserial channels 0 and 1 but they are on channels 3 and 4 in
your configuration. It looks like you have non-standard firmware loaded
in the 5I25/6I25 (probably 5i25_7i77x2r, the 'r" means reversed connectors)
