I creat a new configuration with 4 axis and it worked, the difference that i find was the outputs to axis Y and B is changed, another problem is when i run a sample cnc g code, the program stop with a message "joint 2 following error" I read some thing about, this happen when i use encoder it's ok? but this is not my case.

It is possible to get a following error with a stepper system. If you ask the motion controller to accelerate faster then the stepgen can (within it's settings),
then you'll get a following error.
Can you post all the files.

Just looking at your config... you have very tight following error settings...
.0005 of a mm thats about .00002 thousands
Do you really need that tight of following error?
your minimum step distance is .0025 mm so I think ya gotta increase the feed speed following error and rapid speed following error.
I bet the y axis doesn't follow error - its settings are much larger.

try changing those settings.

Pncconf kinda caters to inch measurements when your talking about defaults.

Ok, Is just my first time with the pncconf, I'm still learning to use it, I will change that parameters and tell you if ok.
