You won't get the angle exactly _where_ you wanted it, but the actual angle should be correct.
Forgetting about diameter mode will give you a 26.6 degree angle.

If you don't use cutter compensation on any move that is not parallel to an axis you won't get the part as it is programmed.

Andy, I think you may have hit the nail on the head! Measuring it on my screen makes it look very close to 27 degrees.
That's cheered me up, now I just need to get home and dot some *2s around...
You wouldn't believe how much time I wasted this weekend trying to troubleshoot that!

Andy, you were exactly right. I added *2 to 3 locations and that has solved the problem.
