CamView for Wheesy and Jessie

I have found CamPy, but where did you find camview?

well you're right i din't installed camview. I installed the campy module on page 2 of this thread from Bogie. Thats exactly what i did the last time. I think its just called CamPy but is a updated camview to run under wheezy

Axis starts up but i get the same error message in the terminal "from camview import CamView
ImportError: No module named camview"

OK, I see that now. Nothing at all to do with this

Can you check that camview.py found its way to the right place? (from a previous post:)

copy
camview.py
hal_python.xml
hal_pythonplugin.py
to /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/gladevcp
and also to
/usr/share/pyshared/gladevcp

was already set.

Ok that seems to be the problem. The Files are in the right place but camview.py is marked with a red cross and is empty. But i cant just copy the files into the folder because i dont get root rights. I tried to copy the files as root via the terminal but that didnt worked. How can i copy these files ?
