I have no comfort zone as far as challenges go, the more complicated = the more i am in !

Yes, you can do it, but how many month. You are as i know alone.. Can your customer wait that long? And what with your todays customers, wich you will not be able to help in those times.

3 weeks if everything goes nicely working 14 to 16 hour days, at least 2 months normally, but i would have to quote 3 months as ordering anything now is a lengthy process.
And you are right, i will loose quite some business while i am there.

If the installation is running and profits 10k a day. Why not pay 50k for a high end solution?

Hopely for the client, the seller can come quickly by plane.
