OK sorry have a older p4 desktop with 80g hard drive(name brand)
but i now have 10.04/emc2 loaded
ends up after you dban a hard drive you will need to format and partion it . I used partion magic . the live CD will re-size but not make the partions . so lesson learned for me now to the next challenge setting up emc2 for my machine .
before i make another mistake you can upgrade emc but not ubuntu right ? so i need not mess with the updates right?
