Hello, everyone. I configured a slave station, which is not a servo, but an EtherCat IO device. After I configured it, it cannot enter the OP state. After starting Linuxcnc, it first enters the SAFEOP state and then reports an error. I tried many methods but failed. I hope someone can help me find out what is wrong. I can read the slave information, but I cannot change the IO status of the slave. Thank you very much for this. The following is the XML file I configured and the XML file of my IO device.

I have tried. Your XML file has no problem. You can run my slave and enter OP mode. Thank you very much for answering my question. Thank you again for helping me with my week's work. Another question, do you have a tutorial on the configuration of XML files and hal files? I want to learn something.
