RTEC1616 IO board, how to configure?

Dear Folks
I been using linuxcnc 2.8.4 on pentium asus PC with ECT86 from Tellligent ethercat stepper driver and works great just when I power on drive on linuxcnc screen always make a few mm movement I do not know way

and now I purchased a RTEC1616 ethercat IO card from Tellligent, but I can not make it run, I been seen a video on utube and seems is working but I do not have any clue about how to make it work, .XML missing file?

Is there any one that can help me?

You  just need to add the correct XML to you ethercat config  file
Here is how I set mine up with the ECT86 drives
