Hi Newbynobi
Thanks for your reply.
Just erase the last 5 lines ?
I'll look into it tomorrow. It is late...

It's hard to give you a hand, as you are very spartanic with your Infos.
Is in your hal file, does HalShow react if you push the tool sensor by hand?
Is parport.0.pin-13-in-not active when the probe is pushed or inactive?
Have you connected the gmoccapy toolchange hal pin in your postgui hal file, like mentioned in the documentation?
Norbert
net probe-in <= parport.0.pin-13-in-not
net probe-in => motion.probe-input

Hi CNCBasher
Thanks for your helpness and the attached files.
I've installed your attached files, but am uncertain how to check the change-function.
My g-code from Aspire looks like:
%
G21 G40 G49 G61 M6 T1
G17
M7
G0Z12.000
G0X0.000Y0.000S12000M3
G0X14.779Y5.923Z10.000
G0Z3.000
G1Z-0.325F25.0
G1X15.391Y-0.200F36.0
G0Z10.000
G0X14.779Y5.923
...
...
First time run it tell me to change to the wanted tool, but do not measure the toollength on the probe.
Can you help providing a g-code, with 2-3 toolchanges, so I can test the setup you've made?.
Looking forward to hear from you...

Hi cncbasher
Thanks.
The result is when the "g30" in line 17 command is executed, it goes to 0,0 and trying to find the probe. Apprently g30 is not containing the coordinates on the probe that I've written in the setup.
I thought that Linuxcnc - in the change.ncg-file did the toollength-mesureing-job whenever a new tool (T# m#-command). Do I have to implement this subroutines in my g-codes generated in Aspire every time ?
Another thing. The units are changed to inch - I use mm. Tried to find the line ind the setup-files, but without any luck...

Please look at the sim gmoccapy tool sensor ini
There the remap is realized.
Just load the test file gmoccapy.... from the example folder and simulate probe contact by pushing the button.
You will get an idea how thinks work.
