I just made a new pncconf and now its working... I am not sure if I have changed something in this not working configuration.

I will put them here, if you want to look there, maybe you will find whats bad. Btw. now when I open this non working config I get another errors. One thing I know I changed in new pncconf which is now working - I didnt select pyVCP panel.

Good that it works now for you.
One thing I noticed that is wrong is the line

source postgui_call_list.hal

in 09Mesa.hal

This file should only be executed as POSTGUI_HALFILE as defined here:

HALFILE = 09Mesa.hal
HALFILE = custom.hal
POSTGUI_HALFILE = postgui_call_list.hal
