What i dont understand is that on the first pierce and any pierce afterwards (as long as i hit resume) the arc_ok is fine.
I can live with the ignore_ok box checked, but THC would be nice.
Yeah i need to dial back the lead-in/outs....trying to eliminate a divot and went too far.

It probably wouldn’t hurt for you to post a backup of your configuration made from the settings or parameters tab.

Maybe your machine cannot restart so quickly after a cut. It may be worth trying a delay in between a couple of the cuts to see if that helps.
Insert a line like this:
G4 P0.5
before the second one of these lines:
M3 $0 S1 (plasma start)

linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/gcode/g-code.html#gcode:g4

Maybe start off with a high value to begin with say 3 seconds or so

Another thing to check is that the gas pressure hasn't dropped too much from the previous cut.

It's fixed ( i think ). Has run two full gcodes with zero errors.
Thanks everyone for the help!

Not exactly sure what fixed it yet.
Will have to go back and change some things back one by one until it starts throwing an error again.
