Really need a backup of your config, made from clicking BACKUP CONFIG on the SETTINGS TAB to be posted here.  The resulting file will be located in your home (~/) directory.

Anyways, extrapolating from what you've posted, it seems like you are not getting an ARC OK signal, and it's erroring out after several restart attempts.

Without a video of what happens on the screen when the torch tries to start, I'm just guessing, but I would click the "IGNORE ARC OK" check box and try to run the file.  If it cuts, then you need to figure out your voltage situation.  Perhaps the scaling is wrong, etc.  You have the low side of the voltage for the Arc ok to 60v, so assuming it's reading anything at all, I'd guess your scaling is wrong...

-Arc voltage scaling and offset are not correct,
-Arc OK is never on, machine will not move without this being ON.
Check and fix the first issue, then see if the second one is OK as they are dependent.

Ok, then your scaling is probably wrong. While it is cutting with ignore arc ok, what does the voltage read?

The voltage reading start from 0, -1, 3, and gos up and down.the scaling, I am using THCAD-10 and1moh 5w  resistor for each legs arc + and arc - which will give you 21 ratio divider  acoding to the manual.

On your video, the THC voltage stays to -31 during cutting, so the THCAD polarity on the input seems to be wrong.
Clamp is positive and torch is negative on plasma sources.

QtPlasmaC does that always, PlasmaC did not.
It does not move, hence wrong polarity.
