From what I can gather, the error is no arc-ok, is that correct?

If so then we need to find out why there is no arc-ok.

I have looked at the Arc Ok signal in Hal show and can see it trigger when the Plasma fires. the error I get is about the material 1000000
At first it seemed the Arc Ok was not getting through and it would not get past the torch fire at the start.  I turned off Auto Volts and then it would fire the torch and then continue on to the next operation.  As seen in the center punching video it runs like all is ok.
But when I try to run the G-code to fully cut the parts it fails right at the first cut start.

Is your QtPlasmaC version up to date?

Can you open the SETTINGS TAB then click the BACKUP button and post the resulting file here.

No it is not I did a complete reinstall with bookworm and the QTPlasmaC but that is on another computer. I have not copied the new disc to the table computer yet. When I first install linuxcnc on the table computer it did cut without a problem.
I when off and switched the table to do router work and was using Axis for that.
Now switched back to plasma and QTPlasmaC and it has problems. I wanted to get these parts cut before switching to the newer bookworm.

I found this while looking around
Ignore Arc OK mode disables the THC, will begin a cut without requiring an Arc OK signal, and will ignore a lost Arc OK signal during a cut.

This mode can be selected by:

Checking the Ignore Arc OK check button in the CONTROL section of the MAIN Tab.

Ok my fire is out for now I clicked on ignore Arc Ok and no THC and I was able to cut the parts I needed. My next step is a complete new download and reconfigure the controller software. I will be following a post here recommended by a member on PS which should give me the newer version of QTPlasmaC
Thanks for your time.      video of the cutting
