Downlook Camera X Y Offset

There are no videos that I know of, just the linuxcnc docs.
PyQT5 videos would be helpful if you want to do python extensions of widgets/screens.

I didn't actually watch the whole thing though.
This is for building a screen, building panels is basically the same.

I will be taking a look tonight. Some of the menus in the video were un-readable and blurry.
