The standard qtpyvcp is not pi5 compatible, it requires a special build, this is likely why you're having issues. I don't use pi so I'm not the best source of help, I think rodw has a deb file build available, maybe he will chime in.

No can't help. QTPYVCP would need to support the Pi5 in its repository. Installing Debian 13 on the Pi might now be a solution but they don't seem to offer a img for the pi5.The standard qtpyvcp is not pi5 compatible, it requires a special build, this is likely why you're having issues. Fixed setting up a new install on a desktop pc, the same configuration shows the ATC tab as it should.. now I need to figure out how to configure the ATC according to my setup :
1) I have a servo motor with 17 bit abs encoder with an unknown gear reduction due to this retrofitted ATC. Setup with an INPUT SCALE: 157.48 it takes from 0 to 255 units to make a full turn
2) How to implement it in Probe basic is there a documentation?
thanks for your time

Understanding this is not a quick answer I drop here an AI analysis of your sample atc_sim config. Maybe it can be a good starting point?

the existing atc macros are designed for dumb motor carousel operation. if you are using the carousel.comp component, you would need to follow the components setup instructions and integrate into the macros or build new macros based on your machines mechanical configuration. you could use the existing macros as a template for the qml graphics connections.
