If you are seeing it send the torch start signal, but your procut is not responding, then it could be that you actually need a greater "Retry Delay" between trying torch-on commands for the procut to settle down. Also, 3 times is the default number of tries before it errors out and gives up. (sorry of you're already aware of that info)

I keep meaning to do that as well, but I also keep forgetting. 

I did this quite some time ago, it’s definitely worth the extra effort
