Ok, thank you.
Maybe I will next weekend "debug" on the machine.
Unfortunatelly, I still dont have xml file for my machine.
My idea:
Step one: I will configurate my machine via pcconf (very briefly configuration)
Step two: And then I will firmly tuning HAL and INI files by yours posts.
My question is: is possible downloaded rmsvss6_8.xml file for my 5i23?
thank

Looking at pncconf it seems to understand bldc and resolvers, though it would be interesting to see whether it gets closer to a working config on your machine than my config is.

Well, yes, but without the XML file that is difficult.

Hi, do you help Me please?
I have little problem with file Mymachine.hal
1) I wrote you configuration to my HAL file for first testing.
2) I change line with load firmware to Mesa 5i23 to> loadrt hm2_pci config="firmware=hm2/5i23/RMSVSS6_8.bit" pass OK
3) I dont know to change (replace) this line > loadrt bldc cfg=[HAL]BLDC but pass NOK...
Thank you

You need to add a section to your INI file called [HAL] (if you don't already have one) and then add an entry for BLDC in that.
In the HAL file anything that looks like [THIS]AND_THIS means that the HAL file should look in the [THIS] section of the INI for an entry called AND_THIS.
(You can add anything you want, but some of the existing entried have special meanings.
The [HAL]BLDC entry should be the config string for the bldc component appropriate to your motors.

My config is pretty complicated by now, so giving you all of it might not help.
Resolvers are absolute devices, so it's very simple:
BDLC = a,a,a

Ok,
sorry I am totaly newbie in linuxcnc - emc - mesa...
But I gradually perfected (step by step by...).
So, this is part of my hal file:
###################################
loadrt trivkins
loadrt motmod servo_period_nsec=[EMCMOT]SERVO_PERIOD num_joints=[TRAJ]AXES
loadrt hostmot2
loadrt hm2_pci config="firmware=hm2/5i23/RMSVSS6_8.bit"
loadrt bldc =a,a,a
loadrt pid num_chan=4
loadrt sum2 count=1
loadrt logic names=estop-sw personality=0x103
loadrt oneshot
loadrt near count=1
loadrt and2 countloadrt bldc count=3=1
loadrt or2 count=1
setp hm2_5i23.0.watchdog.timeout_ns 10000000
###################################
Is it OK?
