As far as I'm aware V4 used an obsolete power semiconductor this (v5) is a forked project with a new design.

The origingal project is here but has not seen updates in a few years:
github.com/rene-dev/stmbl

Note that v4 does not support motors above 2kW either.
You might want to ask for updates over on this site as there does still seem to be some activity there:

As far as I understand, this v5 supports imput 220vac 4 kW 4.5 kW motors, but is it not suitable for mach3? Doesn't it provide 5v pulse/dir?

What makes you say that?

My network supports max imput 220vac, I am not in an industrial environment.
This may be possible but 220v input drive electricity going to the motor can be up to out drive motor 380v but I don't think it is needed because 220v 15 20A would be enough

Do you have any information on your chopper circuit for the HV DCLink rectifier? I would love to see how you rectify your power? What type of capacitance have you settled on for the bus? Also it might make sense to right angle PCB for some electrolytic caps to reduce ESR. I know the wire runs are short but i would be interested to see a scope trace of the VBUS during operation.

PS. I was working on updating the STMBL for edge connectors and changed out a few parts including the IPM but I really like your implementation!
