As to your pause, make sure there aren't any discontinuities or sharp corners in your g-code if possible. The machine is going to have to slow down for any sharp corners, if it is going to meet the acceleration constraints of your configuration.
To minimize the affects of this use the highest acceleration rates the rigidity of your machine, and strength of your motors will allow.

Warning: Spoiler!
I believe that there are still bugs in the "new" trajectory planner of Linuxcnc (well it's not really all that new anymore it's 8 years old) that can occasionally cause inexplicable halts and slowdowns. Small tweaks to the g-code can often get rid of the pause, and the same g-code run using a different machine config or PC may give different results. If you can set up your CAM program to generate g-code without any arcs (arcs approximated using tiny line segments) you "shouldn't" see the bug induced pauses, but you will end up with huge ugly g-code files. Another option, if your g-code won't be too speed limited by single line look-a-head, is to set Linuxcnc to use the old tool planner. To change to the old planner add (or change to zero) this line in the [TRAJ] section of your ini file "ARC_BLEND_ENABLE = 0". Set that = 1 to enable the "new" planner. The old planner will limit the machine's speed to the max that the machine config's settings will allow a controlled stop within the distance of the end of the next g-code line segment. (The old system can be hugely limiting for CAM generated small segment contouring g-code, or not limiting at all for simple line and arc boxes where the code segments are relatively long.)

I would never remember
this means a lot to me, I put less acceleration, I think 400, I think it can be doubled even so I'll try..if it doesn't work I'll try the spoiler. Thanks a lot

Here is my Ini file, there is no ARC_BLEND_ENABLE =`` in TRAJ section. should I add it?

The default setting is ARC_BLEND_ENABLE = 1, so if it is not present that is what it is. If you want to try the old planner add the line and set it to 0. It won't hurt anything and if you want to switch back to standard set it to 1. Remember you do have to shut down and restart Linuxcnc for configuration changes to take effect.

hal pins can alter the settings:
