				Hello Sir.How resolve your action with 7i85? I have similar situation 5i25+7i76+7i89. 7I89 is for feedback encoder but I dont know how use PNconf with this card because I have not firmware.I put 7i76 on port P3 and 7i89 in port P2.

				Basically the same way, you need to edit the hal/ini files
It would be nice if you could simply tell pncconf
how many of what kind of module were available

				A good  example are the pncconf files created for the standard firmware.
if you need additional axis or encoder setup you can copy whole sections
from the standard files and just change joint/axis /encoder or stepgen names/numbers
If you need more encoders, you would also need to change the num_encoders=N
token in the loadrt hm2_pci line

I am working on the PnCConf, I used 6i25/5i25 and 7i85 mesa board during configuration I can't see the board name :5i25/configs/hostmot2 and 5i25_7i85spx2 firmware in PnCConf. I already intalled the firmware.. Kindly help for this configuration.Thank you.

				7i85 will not appear in any hal names because it is a passive device
(The 7I85 just signal conditions the signals)
