The LPC-PLUS6 is in the photos attached.
It may save all the pain of what you have been doing.
This could save all the problems of regulating 0 to 10v for power, 0 to 24v for PWM modulation, gives 23v for the laser enable plus the 2 signals as feedback.
It also has 8 pre-programing situations you can sort yourself for different applications.
Screen, 75% of power 7.399v.
60% of Duty circle ( PWM ) 14.013v.
The 22.930v is the enable signal for the source.
The 3.263v is the reading of the LFS-AP01 capacitive sensor.
Cheers.

ok but u dont need it,
u can do those from mesa board,,, also chinese Breakout have this, the 5$ one
so we need less parts, involved, to make the laser working,...
our goal here is to make ultimate fiberlaser controller, with easy to use and install ,
i make and applet have all this in qtpy,, i can control laser directly and gas,

1 more and major problem faces almost all laser machines,
the temp compensation for capacitance, the laser is extremely senstive the the hight, 0.1mm make diffrence between clean and dirty cut,

I thank you again for the reply and all relevant information presented.
You are so ahead on this topic.
I always wondered about the heat situation at the Laser sensor head !!
Your less parts involved is a good thing.
What is the $5 one ?
As far as controlling everything under one roof, that would be amazing if you can put it together.
I look forward to seeing your progress on this.
I tried to download LinuxCNC last night to have look.
My laptop didn't have enough grunt left to load it, but I will keep trying.
But really, I don't think I can understand the LinukCNC workings, period.
In the meantime I will keep working with an idea.
I will keep watching as not many can understand what you seem to know.
Cheers.

Small steps but have been seeing what you did in your video lifting the plate, this is only slow with steppers until I can connect the AC servos.
Cheers.
