What is the state of the enabled switch and LED on the THC frame on the MAIN tab?
Do the up/down LEDs on the THC frame on the MAIN tab change state while cutting.
Can you post the file made from the BACKUP CONFIG button on the SETTINGS tab.

They were both on on one of his videos, but not much else, hence my request.
I think there is a translation issue from the reply after some of my questions, so videos are much easier to work out.

It would be helpful to see a video of the screen while cutting like Tom asked. Also could you monitor the HAL pins plasmac.move-up and plasmac.move-down while cutting.

I can't make any movements with the keyboard arrows, like before on plasmac?
by typing lspci -v it gives me the address "d100" must I change the address in qtplasmac.hal to "0xD100 out"?

I set the step db arc-ok delay to 5000 otherwise I had arc ok lost
The THC adjustment is not linear, rather sawtooth, what do I need to adjust?

Yes, that is correct.

I set the step db arc-ok delay to 5000 otherwise I had arc ok lost

That seems to be quite a large value, have you tried doing it this way.

The THC adjustment is not linear, rather sawtooth, what do I need to adjust?

The only adjustment for external THC's from within QtPlasmaC is THC Speed%.
