Try this:
-set the THC scale so you get roughly 120V while cutting
-test

I don't understand what you trying to say, I have in the .hal file I have "setp hm2_7i76e.0.encoder.00.scale -1"
Or is it a Check parameter in config?

I think it would be worthwhile just  increasing the THC Delay to 0.5

Edit: Stay with Mode 1 as well.

THC voltage scale on the config screen

Put the voltage scale up to 0.066422. The torch was cutting touching the metal and very close to hitting float.
But it triggers the Valid Arc Lost again. Cut isn't good.
The Cut Volts are in 94 but cutting to close.

Put the THC scale back to the calculated valued initialy and tested with THC Delay 0.5.
Testing a 1850mm line and it took 6 pierces to finish.
1 - 110mm
2 - 110mm
3 - 110mm
4 - 1110mm  (10x longer)
5 - 110mm
6 - 230mm (end of line)

Read the PlasmaC documents on setting up the Z axis, the torch is ramming at full speed on the material, set the probe height to something higher in the config tab, and do the "set the torch to just bellow the slats and touch off Z axis " from the documents.
Open hal show show hal configuration from the "machine" menu, on the left side find the pin "plasmac-thc-feed-rate", select show on the right side, then click again on that pin, what is the value there?
The Z axis is moving way to slow during cutting.

Before I've launched this note I had read the plasmac user guide to setting Z torch in 5.2. Initial setup.
The float travel was adjusted and the pierce height of the material = Z-axis distance to the slat (when Probe Test and  with Torch disabled running a program)
And was tested with few pierce height values to confirm.
The maximum and minimum limits are ok.
Now Probe Height is higher and probing speed is slowly touching, which it was fast.
Z-axis is touched off right after hitting float switch in a slat (-2mm of the older value).
There are other info about this?

plasmac-thc-feed-rate is 6000

If you click "Ignore ArcOK" and run a test cut, what happens?
