Can you try commenting out the following three lines in the .ini file by putting
# as the first character.
EMBED_TAB_NAME = Camera
EMBED_TAB_LOCATION = ntb_preview
EMBED_TAB_COMMAND = halcmd loadusr -Wn camera qtvcp -c camera -x {XID} cam_align

Mate ! She's a goer again ! Thank you so much !
I suppose we cannot use the camera now, but that's fine. We'll tackle that when we have time. Any idea what is breaking the program when enabling the camera ?

Is this config migrated from PlasmaC?
If so did you use the qtplasmac-plasmac2qt tool?
The camera "should" work as is without those commands.

Thanks again for your help, the machine runs like a clock. I think I will not touch any updates for a while !
