It is for 5i20-7i77 combination, tomorrow I will make one for 5i20-7i77-7i84 following the drawings.
You have purchased the 7i84 just for placing it close to relay board?
John

Hi John, that Spindle.S block in the MAHOmh600E.HAL. That is just the placeholder created by PNCconf isnt it? This block will be replaced with the block which calls the GEARCHANGE.CLP won't it?
Thanks for posting your HAL development. I still need to get stuck into that part of the build.
Mark.

Yes this is created by PNCconf, now I need to find a way to command in the hall the G80,G100,..G4000 according to the commanded speed and pause the program during the change. For this we need help from more skilled members in here.

Or we can remove the G80…G4000 and put a comparator in place on ladder that compares the commanded speed with a range of predetermine speeds for each of the gear.

Were you intending to only accept G Code with the discrete spindle speeds the gearbox provides, or a HAL component which takes whatever spindle speed is commanded, finds the closest MAHO speed from a look up table and then engages that speed?
I have been wondering whether it might be a good idea down the road to add a VFD, to keep add spindle override potential while still keeping the gearbox active.

Yep, I got that. That finder relay I got is only about 5mm thick, so hopefully it and the PSU will fit on the end of that DIN rail.“it looks the same”, I was toking about the cabinet

I have purchased a Mitsubishi FR-V540-3.7K-NA VECTOR INVERTER and I planning to keep only the back gear and middle gear on linux control and the input gear on the right position
