7i74 requires no config.Make a config for 7i92/7i77.

Thanks for the shift reply.
Currently I’m only given the following options:
7i76x2
7i76x2 with one 7i76
7i77_7i76
7i77x2
7i77x2 with on 7i77
G540x2
None of which seems to match my configuration
Which firmware is appropriate for making a 7i92m to connect to 7i77?

I don't think pncconf can setup the additional I/O on the 7I74 so the easiest
way forward with pncconf is to make hal/ini setup for one 7I77 and then add
the additional sserial I/O by editing the hal file.

Fair enough even though I'm a complete newbie on editing hal/ini files I will give it a try.
Now, on my current pncconf, is there a way to change the default firmware, so I can at least load a setup, for a single 7i77?

You would select "7i92-Internal Data" and "7i77x2 with one 7i77"

If you already loaded 7i77+7I74 firmware that's fine, all the 7I77 stuff is the same

Hey guys!

Tried to start everything and my first error came up... "Linux parallel port 0 not found"
But I'm not using a parallel port to connect, only Ethernet.
At the moment I'm using the onboard Ethernet for connecting to the 7i92m and another pci Ethernet card for the internet.

Any ideas where to start looking? I have read similar threads with parallel port errors but nothing really helped.

Below are my error reports.

Look like either you checked the parallel port box in pncconf
or this is a pncconf bug (the current version does not have this bug)

In any case you should be able to fix this by deleting the hal line that
loads hal_parport
